The Broken Pieces Made Whole

Sometimes I feel so broken. I feel used, dirty, not good enough, just broken. And the truth is that I am broken, but it is something glorious. There is a song by Matthew West that says, “This rock is tied around my ankle
This thorn is burried in my skin
I wonder why I have to struggle
But then again if I wasn’t drowning I wouldn’t need you to save me
Oh, and if I wasn’t broken I wouldn’t need you to heal me
You keep me broken.”

This is such a beautiful thought. God keeps us broken so that we can come to Him for healing. When we are broken and come to the Throne of God we can find healing and be made whole again.

Praise the Lord for our brokenness!

In Christ’s love,
